ISO 13715 Edge Condition

Can someone explain this callout on an edge? Our print has -.005 over -.015 with a note that says Edge condition to comply with ISO 13715 where shown. An arrow points to the inside top edge of the straight feature. It is a goal post looking part(.245" high) and the arrow points to the inside top. Sorry for no pictures. I'll try to post one if needed.

I guess my question is how to interpret edge condition on a thin washer.
