Please help me giving a sample document(s) of Gap Analysis for a company Marketing Animal Health Care Products. They wish to go for a ISO9001:2000 certification.

You can use any ISO 9001:2000 gap analysis matrix. There are several here. Check in the Post Attachments Listing and the free files directory. I haven't seen any specific to marketing animal health products.

Thanks Marc. I have viewed the attachments and got a good idea of what is gap analysis.During my first visit,I have captured more info by having an idea before hand on what issues ,i should look for in gap analysis.Thank you once again.
