ISO9000.3:2004 vs. AS9100 - What are the Differences?

Can anyone out there point me to a list that shows the relation ship between ISO9000.3:2004 and AS9100B.

In additional to the basic ISO 9001:2000 requirement, AS9100B:2004 state the detailed tools and techniques must be develop.

Well, for ISO9000:3:2004, it is realignment to ISO 9001:2000 as the guidance for software.

Thank you, Jin.

I know what the standards are, and I know them (I work with them).

The thing is: I was asked to do a mapping between them to find out if the software dept of a company that is certified for AS9100 and ISO 9001:2000 can be easily certified for ISO 9000.3 (in other words: I need some template/checklist for such a gap analisys).
