Isolation of Internally Powered (3.3 Vdc) ME Equipment

Hi. All.
I have a few questions.
The stimulator is used Internally powered (3.3 Vd.c), and Type BF.
I think that between circuit in internally powered (secondary circuit) and patient connection must be satisfied 1MOPP.
So, I think that apply the table 15 according to subclause 8.9.1.12.
But, there is only MOOP in table 15, not MOPP.
In such a case, do I need to apply the table12? Or would not need insulation to patient connection between circuit in internally powered (secondary circuit)?

Use Table 12 for MOPP (and consider Table 8 as well).

Use Tables 13, 14, 15, 16 and 8 for MOOP.
