Manufacturing Production/Labor Scheduling Tool

Hello-

Does anyone have an Excel spreadsheet-like scheduling tool that you use to manage your machines, labor, and jobs with forecasting options? It can be low-tech and simple.

We are a small precision metal shop with aerospace and medical customers: -20 employees, 4 Turning machines, 4 Milling machines .

I tried for scheduling calibration but it was missing some small things...maybe it can be of use for you...

Edit: I did re-install and tested...It looks great for what you need...it's browser based, have plenty of options to fool around, you can plan the work, specify maintenance schedules, print work tickets, etc...it really looks good....just give it a try...
