Minitab - Attribute Gage Study

Can anyone point me the way to complete an attrubuted study in minitab? Some datails:
I have minitab 16
I figure what I looking for is located in Stat>Quality Tool>gage Study>Attribute Gage Study.

Basically I want Minitab to output a report that shows that the 30 pieces I ran through a go/no-go gage passed. But I can't figure it out.

Do you have the data, but cannot analyze it, or do you not know where to start the study?

I have the data. I want to show a that 30 pieces passed the gage for a Profile feeler check for characteristic (2.0 go/4.0 no go).

I can't figure out what columns to enter data in or what study to use.
