Depends upon gun settings, poor grounding, film build, improperly maintained equipment and gun to part distance.

Yes, two operators will perform the powder coating using a spray gun. Now, I know the causes and I will do corrective action for the issue.

Powder coating is far superior to painting a part. It gets bonded to the item much better and the materials used are much more resistent to wear and exposure. The coating gets baked onto item and bonds way better.
