Will EN9100 get a reciprocal change?

Not strictly a ISO9001:2008 question, but EN9100 and AS9100 are directly based on 9000:2000, with bolt ons specific to the aerospace industry.........

Yes, EN9100 (AS9100) will have significant changes and should be released by the end of the year. This thread should fill you in, especially toward the end:
