Has anyone heard of the Squeglia Zero (c=0) Acceptance Sampling Plan?

I have a customer who has rejected the whole shipment upon finding one bad part. I know that there should not be that one bad part but, it does happen. My question , has anyone heard of the Sequill Zero Sampling Plan?

c=o

Reject a lot on one nonconforming part. Used in aerospace all the time.

Ha! I just got it! Say is out loud!

Sequill Zero Sampling Plan
c equals zero sampling plan

With a bad phone connection, the two would sound just about the same.

Zero Acceptence Plans are associated with Squeglia, Nicholas L.

Do a Google on the name and you'll get lots.

Faulty premise, but it makes the management feel all tingly! :lmao:
Ooooowwwwww! We are accepting zero bad parts.
Take a look at the OC curves to see the risk of accepting really bad lots!

That's quite a stretch; although Squeglia wrote a book on zero acceptance plans, it's plain that the OP did a phonetic spelling of "C = 0."
