AS9101 is the document that the auditors have to follow to audit a company. You are looking for a AS9100d audit checklist. I purchased the one I use and then modified it into sizable documents.

PM me and I'll send you the one I occasionally use. I say occasional use because it is not my preferred method of performing an internal audit, but it can sometimes be a useful tool.
