Just thought it would be interesting to have a general discussion on the QMSR Implementation and discuss topics that might not be worthy of their own thread. How is your implementation going? How are you managing it? PA / Quality Plan? Any roadblocks or implementation pain points you had to work through?

- We're in the thick of it now. We arranged our documents into multiple phases based on their impact and scope. Quite an odd feeling to be removing QSR references that have been instilled in my head for decades. We're planning a comprehensive internal audit to all of the QMSR requirements in the fall.
- We're also definitely having some "fun" managing organic changes and timelines of those when QMSR related changes need to be in place.
- Lastly, a funky one we have gotten audited by multiple large clients recently whose supplier management arm hasn't caught up to what they should be auditing to right now in this QSR/QMSR limbo land, and they are having to wing it as they go in terms of writing what we're complying to based on the particular process.
