Monitoring and Measurement Methods

OP probably meant 4.4.1c.

Ah, yep of course.

I am confused, ISO says - more or less - "methods and KPI" (4.1.1c)....so....what methods should I use??

You get to decide these kinds of things based on the context of your organization. It really is up to you and how it works for your company. ISO doesn't really get specific enough to back you into a corner.

Apart from internal audit (and 9.3 perhaps), can u provide some examples of monitoring-measuring methods? Thanks.

The check stage of the P-D-C-A cycle, is often considered to be only internal audit inputs. This is not exactly correct. At the check stage, audits are a primary input, but then inspections too should be considered. In a functioning organization rejection at inspection should be reducing. The reasons for rejection of products and services should be analysed and followed up as you do for NCs. Customer perceptions should also be the input. Under organizational knowledge, if your organization has someone monitoring the industry and gathering inputs, then the inputs and lessons learnt should also be inputs at the Check stage of the PDCA cycle. If it is tools, depending on your particular requirements, you could consider balanced score card and many other tools.
