What manufacturing software do you use for controlling batch records, servicing and installation

Hi,

I am looking for software that could help us maintain all the records in the paper copy. Some of the problems I suffer from are going around people asking for their signatures, reprinting copies of documents when I find any mistakes in them, and several errors in the way forms are filled out.
