Prototype Build Process per TS 16949 Clause 7.3.6.2 and APQP

Hello everyone!!
I have read through all of the 7.3.6.2 and APQP regards points to prototype bulild process and I created a process map.
Could anyone out there give me some feedback or thoughts about yhr map?

Hi, pharmarton!

I took the liberty of scanning your flowchart and had a couple of questions:

If 'Automotive' = Y, then isn't a Team Feasibility needed before DFMEA or Control plan can be done?

After 'Create prototype samples' isn't a dimensional and/or appearance check needed before sending to the customer?

Otherwise, looks pretty good to me!

I included your suggestion in the APQP process map, but I forgot in the prototype. I attached a pdf file with these modifications, Thoughts???

Does CP Origin DFMEA?PFMEA?Flow chart?

Where is preliminary process flow chart?
5、MSA SPC 在哪里？
where is MSA? SPC?
6、特殊特性清单在哪里？
Where is special product and process characteristics.

This procedure is only cover the prototype building, is a subproces of the DDP process.
