Hello,
Looking for some advice with determining a test stand repeatability study. I have done typical Gage R&R on machined components (2x3x10) in the past but in this case I have a test machine where you dial in a resistance and measure an output length (linear movement, seems like two variables). I have been asked to measure the machine repeatability, would this be a 1x1x10, similar to a 1x1x10 done on a CMM i see non a previous post. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I would recommend a Linearity study. This would look at the machine over a range of settings , provide the bias over this range as well as the Equipment Variation (%EV) or repeatability.
