Aeronautical Systems Center Manufacturing Development Guide (MDG)

I am working on a quote which calls out performing production planning per the Aeronautical Systems Center Manufacturing Development Guide. From what I am finding online, this is a U.S. Air Force document also referred to as MDG. Can anyone point me to a place where I can obtain this document? Either purchasing or downloading from a government website works.

Thanks for the suggestion. I see it there at Everyspec. Unfortunately due to it being an "unsecure" website, my company's computer security system won't let me download it.
