Well input from 40 "different" countries might be more valuable than input from 40 "similar" countries. It's important to be precise with words. We know that's important to ISO.
Looking ahead, the next significant milestone will be the release of the Draft International Standard (DIS) for public comment. This will provide users around the world a clear and transparent picture of the proposed revisions to ISO 9001 and allow them the opportunity to review and comment on the actual revisions, ensuring their voices are heard in the final stages of the update.
