How do I become a certified API Q1 eighth edition auditor in Asia

Sirs,
i have joined a group which is manufacuring oil feild equipmentand going to be certified by api for its product. Can anybody plz suggest me how can i be certified auditor of api q1 in asian continents.

The ISO equivalent is ISO/TS 29001: 2007 and there are CB's offering this service in the oil producing countries of Asia.

Reva Phoenix conducts 2 day short term courses for API Spec Q1 / ISO / TS 29001.

please do check with on the API website. Members of our facility have gone to training classes that API has offered. Do you currently have an internal auditor? The internal auditor could audit to cover the additional requirements of API compared to 9001. The contents of 9001 are almost identical to the requirements in Q1 eigth edition, except for the fact that Q1 contains what is called supplemental requirements. If it would help, I can supply you with an audit agenda that we use, that does cover the 9001 requirements and the supplemental requirements of Q1. Please let me know.

As one already mention call API and ask for Aaron Duke he is over all API auditors. He will review your training and assist you.
